With a passion in this field, Rashi started her first salon & skin clinic in New Jersey, USA in 2007. With the correct knowledge, honesty to clients, hygiene, professionalism, and determination, RGM became one of the best salon in town in the first 3 years only.

After moving back to India in 2012, Rashi did many more certifications from Indian institutes too in cosmetology, skin as well as makeup.
